商品描述: 托马斯·富勒Thomas Fuller （1608～1661）英国学者，布道师。1635年获剑桥大学神学士学位。内战期间任皇家军队随军牧师。1660年成为剑桥大学神学博士。写有许多历史著作。其中最著名的《英格兰名人传》是英国第一部全国性人物传记词典，在他去世后的1662年出版。其他著作还有《神圣之国》(1642)、《安德罗斯库》(1646，又名《失意政客》)、《不列颠教会史》(1655)等。对研究英国传记和随笔颇有参考价值。名言：愚者的天堂便是智者的地狱
