托马斯·特朗斯特罗姆（1931年4月15日-2015年3月26日），瑞典著名诗人，被誉为“20世纪*后一位诗歌巨匠 ”，同时是一位心理学家和翻译家，1954年发表诗集《17首诗》，轰动诗坛。
至今（截至2013年1月）共发表诗歌200余首。曾多次获诺贝尔文学奖提名，并终于在2011年10月6日获得诺贝尔文学奖，理由是“他以凝炼、简洁的形象，以全新视角带我们接触现实”。托马斯·特朗斯特罗姆善于从日常生活入手，把有机物和科学结合到诗中，把激烈的情感寄于平静的文字里，被誉为当代欧洲诗坛*杰出的象征主义和超现实主义大师。
Tomas Tranströmer was born in Stockholm, Sweden, in 1931, and spent his career as a psychologist. His poetry has been translated into more than fifty languages. He received the Nobel Prize in Literature in 2011, and numerous other honours from around the world during his lifetime. He died on March 26, 2015.
