【作者简介】
汪存富,1980年10月生,安徽安庆人,计算机硕士,经济学博士。曾在国家信息产业部、工业和信息化部工作10余年,从事国家信息产业政策战略制定实施和行业管理。曾在百度公司从事战略和公共政策工作2年。现在大型互联网投资机构负责战略和投资研究。长期关注国内外IT和互联网技术、产业、投资、战略及政策法规。2014年于中国社会科学院研究生院获经济学博士学位,对信息经济发展和商业模式创新有深入研究。
