【作者简介】

陈云贤----------------------------陈云贤，北京大学经济学博士，高级经济师，享受国务院特殊津贴。曾任哈佛大学、香港理工大学、北京大学、中山大学等高校客座教授、研究员，博士研究生导师。中国知名券商广发证券创始人。曾先后赴美国马萨诸塞大学波士顿分校、哈佛大学商学院、哈佛大学肯尼迪政府学院、耶鲁大学和加拿大多伦多大学罗特曼管理学院进修学习。著有《国家金融学》《中观经济学》《市场竞争双重主体论：兼谈中观经济学的创立与发展》等经济学、金融学中英文著作20多本。在《经济研究》《经济学家》等杂志发表论文百余篇。
徐雷----------------------------徐雷，经济学博士、工商管理学博士后，辽宁大学经济学院教授，产业经济系主任，辽宁大学智能制造与产业数字化研究院院长，中山大学中观经济学研究院客座研究员，中国工业经济学会理事。曾先后在澳大利亚南澳大学商学院、美国伊利诺伊理工大学斯图尔特商学院、中山大学岭南学院等国内外高校任访问学者。主要研究方向为中观经济学、产业组织与博弈论等。
