The construction of high-speed railway communication system shall feature mechanization， prefabrication， specialization and informati;ration
The construction of high-speed railway communication system shall proceed in a disciplined manner.
Risk management including risk plan， risk identification， risk assessment， risk evaluation and risk morutoring shall be well implemented according to the actual on-site situation， and special construction schemes and contingency plans shall be established at the same time.
The construction of high-speed railway communication system which involves protection of cultural relics shall be carried'out in accordance with the related laws， regulations and the protective measures specified in design
