【作者简介】

石建勋,经济学博士,同济大学经济与管理学院经济学教授、博导,同济大学财经研究所所长,同济大学国家创新发展研究院副院长、首席专家。国家社科基金决策咨询项目首席专家、上海市习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想研究中心副主任、上海市金融学会副会长、上海市中国特色社会主义理论研究会常务理事、上海高校智库内涵建设项目首席专家。《人民日报》(海外版)特约评论员,东南大学管理学院兼职教授,成都市“新型智库”特聘专家,《大公报》“财经石评”作者。近年来,发表经济与管理论文300余篇,研究撰写决策咨询报告40余篇,出版《新常态?新金融?新未来》《新时代中国特色社会主义政治经济学》《企业并购与资产重组》等专著和教材20部。主要研究与教学领域为应用经济学、金融学等。
