【作者简介】

汪泓，上海交通大学企业管理博士、复旦大学应用经济学博士后，现任宝山区委书记，上海靠前邮轮经济研究中心主任，上海交通大学博士生导师、教授，享受院颁发的特殊津贴，上海市第十、十一、十二、十四届表，千百万人才工程重量人选。
