国网山东省电力公司经济技术研究院成立于2012年4月9日,是省公司电网发展和公司发展支撑单位,目前具备工程咨询、工程设计“双甲”资质,设有4个职能部室、3个中心和1个子公司。主要负责全省电网规划和工程设计技术归口管理;负责全省电网发展总体规划和专项规划的研究与编制;负责220~500千伏电网规划的研究和编制;负责35千伏及以下电网规划评审,指导市经研所具体编制110千伏及以下电网规划并纳入全省电网发展规划和专项规划;负责牵头开展省内220~500千伏电网项目可研、电力设施迁改方案编制;负责110~220千伏电网项目可研、电力设施迁改方案、电源接入系统方案评审;承担所辖35~220千伏(规模以下)电网项目初设评审和结算审核;负责省公司资本类、成本类项目的技经业务支撑;负责电网建设项目的工程质量监督,负责定额站、质监中心站日常管理;主要承接220千伏及以上电网项目设计;负责大修技改、营销、信息通信、小型基建等项目造价咨询和可研初设评审工作。?
