作者简介 刘容志,中南财经政法大学管理学院讲师。2006年毕业于瑞典林余大学,获社会学硕士学位;2012年毕业于华中科技大学,获工商管理博士学位;攻读博士学位期间于2010年5月获欧盟伊拉斯谟奖学金赴比利时安特卫普管理学院进行博士生交流学习。多年来,一直从事人力资源管理方面的教学和创业方面的科研工作,主讲人力资源管理、员工培训与开发等课程;主持国家社科基金青年项目1项,全国教育规划青年项目1项;并以靠前作者及合著者身份在chinese Management Studies,Journal of Vocational Behavior及《科研管理》等SSCI检索及靠前核心期刊上发表论文十余篇。
