作者简介
张忠祥，上海师范大学非洲研究中心主任、教授、博士生导师。兼任中国亚非学会副会长、中国非洲史研究会副会长，肯尼亚肯雅塔大学访问学者，多次访问非洲。主要研究领域为非洲历史与中非关系，出版《尼赫鲁外交研究》《中非合作论坛研究》和《列国志·马里》等著作，发表学术论文六十余篇。主持完成国家社科基金重点项目1项，主持完成省部级项目9项。2003年、2008年获浙江省哲学社会科学优秀成果奖（著作类）三等奖，2016年获外交部中非联合研究交流计划成果优秀奖。詹世明，中国社会科学院西亚非洲研究所《西亚非洲》编辑部主任、副研究员，兼任中国亚非学会秘书长、中国非洲史研究会理事。主要研究方向为非洲政治、安全和区域组织发展问题。主要著述有《非洲经济圈与中国企业》（合著，2001年）、《中国和世界主要经济体与非洲经贸合作研究》（合著，2012年）、《应对气候变化：非洲的立场与关切》（论文，2009年）、《非洲统一组织在非洲一体化中的历史作用》（论文，2013年）等。陶陶，1992年生，上海师范大学非洲研究中心博士生。主要研究方向为非洲法语国家研究和中非关系。参与了《列国志·刚果共和国》的编写和《非洲民间故事》的翻译。曾赴刚果（布）马利安·恩古瓦比大学孔子学院任汉语教师志愿者。曾担任法语翻译赴几内亚、贝宁执行农业农村部的中非农业合作项目。

中非合作论坛成立20年来，已经成功召开7届部长级会议和3届峰会，中国与非洲国家团结一致、密切合作，推动这一合作机制持续向前发展、取得了重大成就。中非合作论坛成立以来的20年，也是中非关系全面快速发展的时期，论坛成为推动中非关系全面发展的重要平台与机制。本报告试图在总结中非合作论坛发展20年的经验基础上，深入分析其在新的历史条件下所面临的机遇与挑战，对中非合作论坛的可持续发展提出政策建议，发挥智库学者资政与服务社会的作用。
