作者简介
吴崇建,1960年10月生,博导,中国船舶集团减振降噪领域首席技术专家,我国某型常规潜艇总设计师,中国力学学会特邀理事,曾在英国南安普顿大学ISVR做访问学者/助理研究员,对减振降噪基础理论和工程应用有较深入的研究,获国家科技进步特等奖、一等奖各一次,获得“船舶设计大师”等荣誉称号。
