作者简介
闫坤(曾用名：阎坤)，1964年生于辽宁省大连市，经济学博士、管理学博士后。现任中国社会科学院历史研究所党委书记、副所长，二级研究员、博士生导师。中国社会科学院财税研究中心执行副主任、中国财政学会常务理事、“新世纪百千万人才工程”国家级人选，享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家。
近年来，多次承担国家社科基金课题和中国社会科学院重点课题，己出版专著“中国县乡财政体制研究))等6部，合著“公共支出理论前沿))等13部，在“经济研究))等学术期刊发表论文600余篇，并荣获第五次全国优秀财政理论研究成果一等奖、第二届全国青年优秀社会科学成果论文奖(最高奖)、中国社会科学院第二届优秀科研成果奖、财政部优秀论文一等奖、2015年度邓子基财税学术论文奖一等奖、财政部“中国财政与改革开放30年征文”专题论文奖一等奖等多种奖项。
曾多次赴美国、日本、法国、德国讲学。主要研究领域是宏观经济与财政理论。
