作者简介
柳婷，女，1985年生，湖北荆州人，香港城市大学公共政策博士。现为华中科技大学公共管理学院讲师、硕士生导师，科技政策与科技管理研究所研究员，兼任武汉市临空经济研究所研究员。主要研究领域为科技政策与科技管理、区域创新发展、城市冲突等。以作者或通讯作者身份在Energy Policy、Cities、HabitatInternational以及《科技管理研究》等期刊上发表论文十余篇；担任Energy Policy、Cities、Habitat International、So Science Quarterly等多部SSCI期刊评审人。

随着城市化进程的推进和公民权利意识的提高，邻避问题在重大基础设施建设过程中日益突出，已经成为世界各国公共生
活中不可回避的议题。本书研究近年来香港发生的一系列反对邻避设施建设的案例，如反对建设垃圾焚化炉，反对扩建垃圾填埋场等，是旨在探究邻避设施选址过程中居民态度和行为影响因素的实证研究成果。本研究基于改进了的集体利益模型(CIM)，构建邻避行为分析框架，采用问卷调查、参与式观察和深度访谈的分阶段混合研究方法，对邻避冲突中居民心理及行为模式进行了系统和全面的分析，对理解邻避情结和邻避诉求具有重要意义，对于政府化解邻避冲突和制定邻避设施选址政策也具有重要的参考价值。
