晨吐
“我从来没有晨吐过,真的是怀孕了吗?”
晨吐就像喜欢吃泡菜和冰激凌一样,是孕期常见的现象,但不是每个人都会这样。研究表明,大约有75%的孕妇会恶心和呕吐——这种现象称为晨吐。这也意味着,有25%的女性没有晨吐症状。如果你没有经历过恶心的感觉,或只是偶尔轻微呕吐,可以放心——你不仅怀孕了,而且是为数不多的幸运儿之一。然而这种幸运可能持续不了太长时间,因为晨吐通常在6周后才出现。
