AnAmerican living in Paris, Startt has covered professional cyclingevents for a variety of magazines worldwide, published severalbooks on cycling, and currently serves as European Associate toBicycling Magazine. Greg Lemond a professional cyclist for 15 yearsfrom 1980 to 1994. Among other races, he won two worldchampionships and three Tours de France. He currently lives inMinneapolis. Samuel Abt associate editor of the InternationalHerald Tribune based in Paris. He has written numerous books aboutthe sport.
