【作者简介】

　　谢春涛，现任中共中央党校党史教研部主任，教授，博士生导师。曾任中共中央党校报刊社社长兼总编辑，中国中共党史学会常务理事、副秘书长，并被多所高校和研究机构聘为客座教授或特约研究员。1998年获得国务院颁发的政府特殊津贴，2005年被国务院授予全国先进工作者称号。还被中组部确定为中央联系的专家，被中宣部确定为全国宣传思想工作“四个一批”人才。
