国际多维空间创作艺术家金政基先生(Kim Jung-Gi)1975年6月25日出生在韩国的京畿道，在庆北浦项地区度过了自己的童年时光。进入大学后，再加上军队生活，在釜山一共生活了八年。2002年结婚，2004年后举家迁至首尔。现在为了培养更多的艺术人才，他在首尔弘益大学前创办了专门的美术学院——Ani.Changa Cartoon Institute。
