The Global Practice of Forensic Science examines the practice of forensic science between around 30 countries from across five continents.? Each chapter presents the history, training, structure, types of cases examined, challenges and future directions for the practice of forensic science in the corresponding country.? Primary authors are leaders of forensic science in their countries and have broad experience and perspectives on the practice of forensic science.? The goals of this volume are to examine in detail international patterns and variation in the reality of practice of forensic science.? Each primary author emphasizes the area of forensic science of their specialty (e.g. forensic pathology) but, through the use of coauthors or their own expertise, will also provide an overview of most or all areas of the forensic sciences in their own region.?
