作者简介
Ms. Liu Yue is the Director of Internationat Cooperation Division of China Center for Urban Development, National Devetopment and Reform Commission (NDRC), and Research Fettow of Institute of Wortd Economics and Politics, China Academic of Sociat Science. Prior to her current assignment, she was visiting scholar invited by George Washington Universi- ty, the post-doctorat student at Institute of Wortd Economics and Pot.itics, CASS and Vice County Mayor of Pingluo, Ningxia. Her research interests are mainty international political economy, energy policy and internationat urbanization. She has chaired a number of international cooperation research projects, including the "Belt and Road and Urban DeveLopment" report of NDRC and the Interna- tionat Strategic Plan of the UN-HABtTAT PiLot Cities. She is the author of related works such as The Superpowers Decision-Making during the Energy Crisis and Research on Finan Cooperation Mechanism between China and BRIC Countries.
