Dr Sarah Jane Arnold, CPsychol, is a Chartered Counselling Psychologist. Sarah is proficient in Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. She tailors her therapeutic approach to the individual.
