　　《APEC林业目标进展评估综合研究报告》介绍：In 2007， leaders of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation （APEC） agreed to set an aspirational goal of increasing forest cover in the region， by at least 20 million hectares of all types of forests by 2020. The APEC 2020 Forest Cover Goal formed a part of the Sydney Declaration on Climate Change， Energy Security and Clean Development， developed at the 15th APEC Economic Leaders' Meeting in Sydney， Australia. Ever since the goal was set， APEC economies set to work in implementing a diverse range of measures to collectively achieve the goal.
