¡¡¡¡This Specification is formulated to guide bored pile works of railway bridge construction£¬unify the main tecluucal standards£¬strengthen construction management and ensure construction quality.
¡¡¡¡This technical specification is applicable to bored pile works of railway bridge construction.
¡¡¡¡Survey and design institutes shall conduct geological condition verification and confirmation during the construction process of bored piles.
¡¡¡¡The contractor shall verify geological condition seriously. In case that any geological condition is different from that of survey and design document£¬the contractor shall contact the unit concerned to solve the problem.
¡¡¡¡The supervision firm shall reinforce overall control over construction process of bored piles and conduct stand-by supervision on underwater concreting.
¡¡¡¡Bored pile works of railway bridge construction shall strictly follow design documents and implement design ideas to meet design requirements of safety use.
¡¡¡¡The tests for completed bored pile shall be conducted in accordance with design requirements and related standards of pile test.
¡¡¡¡Pile test company shall pass the metrological accreditation organized by administrative measurement departments at and above provincial level and obtain qualification certificates of special
¡¡¡¡tests issued by administrative departments.
¡¡¡¡During the construction process of bored pile works£¬ construction machinery£¬ construction materials£¬testing and inspection equipment as well as surveying instruments applied shall comply with the current national£¬professional and CR provisions and have test qualification certificates.
¡¡¡¡Construction crew of bored pile works of railway bridge construction shall receive pre-job training and be qualified before taking a post. Special operators shall receive special training and obtain certificates before taking a post.
¡¡¡¡The contractor shall strictly enforce level-by-level technical disclosure system.Technicaldisclosure shall be made in written form and be confirmed with signature.
¡¡¡¡Measures for environmental protection and water and soil conservation shall be adopted in the construction of bored pile works of railway bridge to fulfill HSE £¨Health£¬ Safety£¬ Environment£© management.
¡¡¡¡The construction of bored pile works of railway bridge shall not only comply with the  requirements stipulated in this Specification£¬but also those in the current relevant national£¬professional and CR standards.
