1968年9月生，江西省东乡县人，经济学博士，副教授，硕导。现任南京财经大学金融学院金融系主任。主要从事靠前金融、靠前投资学方面的研究。先后参与国家自然科学基金课题一项，科技部国家软科学项目一项，主持省社科联课题1项。
