内容摘要
本书以Moran(2001)的文化教学模型为理论框架，采用问卷、课堂观察和访谈等研究方法，从教师和学生的视角，对大学英语课程中文化教学实践及跨文化交际能力培养进行了详尽的调查和全面的研究。本书从教育政策、教师、学生、教学实践及教学环境等多个维度，就如何提高跨文化交际能力提出了切实可行的建议，对于改进大学英语教学中文化教学实践，培养中国的靠前化人才有一定的指导和借鉴意义。

精彩内容
本书采用问卷调查(隐喻分析)、课堂观察和访谈等方法，对大学英语中师生的认知和ct练习(ct包括四个组成部分：了解如何，了解，了解原因，了解自己)进行了探讨。着重阐述了从根本上在决策、教学实践、教师发展、学生的努力和经验以及英语文化环境的建立与完善等各个层面上实施大学英语中的ct与语言教学和改革的教育意义。
