作者简介
理查德·谢弗（Richard Schaffer），美国阿巴拉契亚州立大学沃克商学院金融系教授（现已荣誉退休），在商法、靠前商业交易、靠前贸易投资法领域从教25年。谢弗教授拥有密西西比大学法律硕士学位（LL.M）和纽约大学法律博士学位（J.D.）。曾协助位于纽约、圣何塞和维也纳的联合国机构开展项目研究，探讨腐败行为、跨国公司和社会经济发展三者之间的关系；还曾受聘为联合国靠前经济犯罪工作组报告员。他也是美国亚利桑那州立大学靠前商务和商务留学项目的创始人，曾担任该大学商学院课程靠前化和多个贸易团体的顾问。谢弗教授在制造和优选外包等商务领域的专业经验丰富，经常就靠前纺织业的相关事宜提供咨询。
