【作者简介】

宋洪远，1983年7月毕业于吉林大学经济系政治经济学专业。先后在国家统计局工业交通统计司、国家体改委中国经济体制改革研究所，从事经济分析和政策研究工作。现任农业农村部农村经济研究中心主任、二级研究员，中国农业大学兼职教授、博士生导师。中央农办、农业农村部乡村振兴专家咨询委员会委员、副秘书长。自1991年以来，长期从事中国农村发展研究与政策咨询工作。主持承担国家社会科学基金重大项目、国家自然科学基金和国家软科学重点项目、世界银行和亚洲开发银行资助项目等重要课题50多项。在《经济研究》《管理世界》《中国农村经济》《农业经济问题》等重要期刊发表文章100多篇。作为主笔和主编出版的主要著作有《中国“三农”重要政策执行情况及实施机制研究》《当代中国经济转型与农村发展研究》《农村全面建成小康社会之路》《近代以来中国农村变迁史论》（共4卷）等30多部。担任大型纪录片《大国根基》（共6集）总策划，《中国经济大讲堂》演讲嘉宾。研究成果获得“中国农村发展研究奖”“中国图书奖”“亚洲开发银行和中国财政部技术援助项目政策推动奖”等。1997年8月被授予部级有突出贡献的中青年专家，2001年6月享受国务院颁发政府特殊津贴专家。
