作者简介
邓长慧，女，武汉大学外国语言文学学院副教授，硕士生导师。自1990年研究生毕业后一直从事大学英语教学工作。2000-2001年以访问学者身份在英国诺丁汉大学进修。主讲课程：大学英语，研究生英语和中西民俗文化对比（通识课）。专注实用英语和传统文化的教学，重视培养学生的英语应用能力和跨文化交际能力。曾多次参与或主持有关英语教改的课题并独立撰写文章多篇，主编并出版了多部著作。
