    蔡高强，男，法学博士，湘潭夫学法学院教授，博士研究生导师．“法治湖南建设与区域社会治理协同创新中心”教授。。”国空间法学会常务理事、中国欧洲法律研究学会常务理事、湘潭大学国际法学博士学位点负责人、湘潭大学非洲法律与社会研究中心副主任。主要学术领域为国际法基奉理论、国际贸易法、国际空间法、国际人权法等．著有学术著作15部，在《现代法学》《法学评论》《政治与法律》等30多种刊物公开发表学术论文100余篇．其中被人大报刊复印资料等转载多篇。先后主持和参与国家社科基金课题、省社科课题、司法部课题40余项。荣获“国家教学成果二等奖…湖南省教学成粜一等奖…湖南省优秀班主任…湖南省大学生社会实践优秀指导老师”等奖励40余项。
