2019 is the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, and it is also the crucial year in building a moderately well-off society in an all-round way in 2020. This book reflects the difficult and tortuous development and rejuvenation of China's medical and healthcare industry from the Opium War of 1840 to the founding of New China, especially since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. It collects together the outstanding achievements of the National Health Commission, and systematically summarizes and disseminates the national health development achievements and experience to the whole world.
