近些年来,随着我国电网规模快速发展,变电站数量激增,与此同时,大量新技术的应用,特别是国家电网有限公司建设世界一流能源互联网企业指导思想的引领,对高技能、高水平变电运维人员的需求将越来越大。日益繁重的变电运维工作造成了短时人员缺口,不断扩充的业务范畴提出了新的技能要求。如何使广大新入职变电运维人员尽快熟悉岗位日常工作流程,迅速掌握岗位的基本技能,达到胜任当前电网发展需要的工作水平,成为当前变电运维专业迫切的任务之一。

作者简介
国网苏州供电公司是江苏省电力有限公司所属特大型供电企业,营业区辖常熟、张家港、太仓、昆山4个县级市和姑苏、吴中、相城、吴江、工业园区、高新区(虎丘区)等6个区。公司设有职能部室15个,业务支撑和实施机构6个,下辖县级公司6个。截至2021年2月,公司全民职工3439人、集体人员432人、农电员工3075人、直签人员185人,服务用电客户583万户,固定资产原值950亿元。
近年来,苏州全社会用电量、企业供电量、售电量、工业电量先后突破千亿大关,全社会最高用电负荷突破2700万千瓦,在全国所有城市中位列第二。2020年,苏州全社会用电量1523亿千瓦时,企业供电量1416亿千瓦时,售电量1390亿千瓦时,全社会最高用电负荷2773万千瓦。2021年1-2月,苏州全社会用电量242亿千瓦时,企业供电量226亿千瓦时,售电量224亿千瓦时,同比增长35.98%、39.55%、39.94%。1月7日,苏州全社会最高用电负荷2709万千瓦,创冬季历史新高。
