退耕还林政策作为我国政府投资很多、受惠群众很广的一项生态建设工程，旨在对农户进行生态补偿，缓解其资金约束，促进其农业生产及非农就业，实现可持续生计，从而达成贫困缓解与生态恢复的双赢目标。本书以黄土高原地区部分参与农户为样本，综合运用数据包络分析、内生转换模型等方法。探讨影响农户农业生产、农户家庭经营效率及生产率的因素。重点关注退耕还林政策措施的作用及其机制，并提出相应政策建议。
