作者简介
吴崇建，1960年10月生，博导，中国船舶集团减振降噪领域首席技术专家，我国某型常规潜艇总设计师，中国力学学会特邀理事，曾在英国南安普顿大学ISVR做访问学者／助理研究员，对减振降噪基础理论和工程应用有较深入的研究，获国家科技进步特等奖、一等奖各一次，获得“船舶设计大师”等荣誉称号。
