【作者简介】

　　张丽霞，茶学博士，山东农业大学教授、博士生导师、茶学系专业主任，山东省茶文化协会副会长兼学术专委会主任，山东省现代农业产业创新体系茶叶团队岗位专家。主持完成国家自然科学基金、省（部）级等科研课题16项，发表论文86篇，参编专著及教材6部；系统主讲《茶树栽培学》《茶叶加工学》《茶叶审评与检验》《茶叶生物化学》《茶文化学》和《茶学专业英语》多门专业课程；多年从事评茶师、茶艺师和茶叶加工国家职业资格培训。
　　
　　朱法荣，英美文学硕士，山东农业大学教授、硕士生导师、学校教学名师，山东省外国语言学学会翻译专委会委员。主持山东省省级精品课程和《英美文学讲座》MOOCs等多项课程建设以及山东省社会科学规划项目与山东省社会科学普及项目等多项科研项目。在国内A&HCI期刊《外国文学研究》等杂志发表论文十余篇，出版译著《给我留下华尔兹》，合作主编国家“十二五”规划教材《食品专业英语》。
