作者简介:

罗斌,中国社会科学院大学教授,媒体法研究中心主任:中山大学汉语言文学学士,中国社会科学院文学(新闻学方向)硕士,中国人民大学法学硕士,复旦大学法学博士。教授课程:传播法与政策(本科),传播法学研究(研究生)。研究方向:传播法与传播政策,出版专著《传播侵权研究》《传播犯罪研究》等:主持三项国家社科基金(含重点)。
