【作者简介】

著者   葛瑞格·皮佐利

美国童书作家、插画家、绢印艺术家。作品曾刊登在美国专业设计杂志Communication Arts及现代插画艺术杂志3*3 Illustration  Annuals 上，并两次入围童书作家与插画家协会艺术作品奖。其绘本曾获美国苏斯博士奖，手工书被美国多个图书馆收藏，绢印作品曾在美国、加拿大、西班牙及荷兰等国展览。绘本作品有《西瓜子》《山姆第一名》《小顿的愿望实现了》《晚安，猫头鹰》等。

 

译者  沙永玲

中国台湾大学图书馆学系毕业，曾任《联合报》编辑，并荣获台湾地区“中国文艺协会”翻译奖。现任天卫文化及小鲁文化执行长，所编辑的作品多获肯定。近年来专注于为小朋友精挑细选世界一流绘本。

在这个世界上，你是唯一的。

You’re the only one in the world with

你的眼睛，

your eyes…

你的鼻子，

your nose,

你的手指头，

your fingers,

还有你的微笑。

And your smile.

如果有一天相遇，

And if we meet one day,

我会看着你，说：

I’ll see you and say…

认识你真好！

“It’s nice to know you.”

我们可以一起玩儿，

We can play games,

在墙边玩影子游戏，

and make shadows on the wall,

哼唱随意编的歌曲。

and sing songs we make up on the spot.

我们可以写信给月亮，

We’ll write letters to the moon,

拼命撑着不睡觉，直到深夜。

and stay up as late as we can,

我会为你留下最后一颗糖果，

and I’ll save you the last candy

那是你真心喜欢的。

或许有一天，

And when I’m alone

只有星星和月光陪伴，

with the stars and the moonlight,

月光是我们都熟悉的月光，

如果一艘船经过，

And if I pass a ship,

我会面向亮光，
