【内容简介】

【作者简介】
夏普曾在鲍登学院(BowdoinCollege)和巴布森学院(BabsonCollege)讲授统计学,还曾在耶鲁大学从事研究工作,目前是乔治城大学(GeorgetownUniversity)教授。德沃是国际知名的教育家,曾在沃顿商学院(WhartonSchool)和普林斯顿大学(PrincetonUniversity)讲授过统计学,为美国运通、惠普、美国铝公司、杜邦、Pillsbury、通用电气、化学银行等“财富500强”企业做过咨询,目前是威廉姆斯学院(WilliamsCollege)统计学教授。维尔曼在创新性统计教育方面具有国际声望,任教于康奈尔大学,是DataDescription公司的创始人和CEO,设计了DataDesk软件包。
