【内容简介】

本书分为“专论”、“冲突法研究”、“比较法研究”、“国际民商事争议解决”以及“评介与资料”五个部分。其中，“专论”主要涉及国际私法的基本性或宏观性问题，“冲突法研究”着重探讨法律选择的理论与实践，“比较法研究”挑选了几篇从比较的视角论述域外民商事法律制度特色的文章，“国际民商事争议解决”主要探讨国际民事诉讼与国际商事仲裁，“评介与资料”按往年惯例收录了前一年度的中国国际私法司法实践述评，并选取了若干篇介绍国外国际私法立法的译作。

【作者简介】

中国国际私法学会(ChinaSocietyofPrivateInternationalLaw，CSPIL）是我国从事国际私法教学、科研和实务的有关个人和单位自愿组成的*guo性、民间性和非营利性学术团体。于1987年10月在武汉大学成立，*任会长为武汉大学韩德培教授，现任会长为中国法学会副会长、中国政法大学校长黄进教授。学会秉承宪法和法律，贯彻“百花齐放，百家争鸣”的方针，积*开展国内外学术交流，每年定期召开*guo性、地区性和国际性学术会议，出版《中国国际私法与比较法年刊》，开展中国国际私法优秀学术成果评奖活动，积*成立专题研究委员会，推进国际私法教学与理论研究向纵深发展；起草制定《中华人民共和国国际私法示范法》，向外交部、司法部和*高人民法院等提供咨询报告，为我国国际私法立法与实践发展建言献策，为涉外法治体系完善作出重要贡献。
