黎建飞，法学博士，中国人民大学法院院教授，博士生导师，兼任中国人民大学残疾人事业发展研究院副院长，中国劳动保障监察专业委员会副会长，中国残疾人事业“十三五”发展纲要重点支撑课题首席专家。曾访学西澳大利亚大学和耶鲁大学。已出版专著与合著数十本，发表中英文论文数百篇。获中国人民大学教学评比一等奖、优秀教材二等奖，高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖，中国法学优秀成果奖，法律硕士专业学位研究生教育优秀教师等奖励。
