邱海平，经济学博士，中国人民大学经济学院教授、博士生导师，《资本论》主讲教师；中央马克思主义理论与建设工程专家组成员，美国麻省州立大学不错访问学者。现任中国人民大学《资本论》教学与研究中心主任、中国《资本论》研究会副秘书长、全国综合大学《资本论》研究会秘书长。
主要研究方向为《资本论》与当代资本主义经济、社会主义经济理论、马克思主义经济思想史。著有《中小企业的政治经济学》《当代资本主义经济的新发展》《马克思主义政治经济学原理》等著作和教材，在《人民日报》《红旗文稿》《马克思主义研究》《教学与研究》等报刊杂志发表论文近百篇。曾获北京市哲学社会科学很好成果二等奖。
