  《邮轮英语视听说教程（第2版）/国际邮轮乘务管理专业系列教材》作为第2版，在结构和内容方面均进行了调整和完善：在结构方面，在原PartOne中增加了两个单元的内容，由原来的3个单元增加到5个单元。在内容方面，部分音频升级为视频，使内容更加生动形象。
  《邮轮英语视听说教程（第2版）/国际邮轮乘务管理专业系列教材》内容围绕邮轮乘务人员各岗位的要求，共有六部分30个单元。每个单元由五个方面的训练构成：一是基本的听说技能训练（Listening and Speaking Skills），有听单词辨音，听句子练习不完全爆破、连读、重音等；二是预热练习（Warm-upActivity），配有图片，目的是帮助学生熟悉本单元将涉及的邮轮岗位场景及练习的语境；三是听音频练听力（Listening Task），听对话或短文后完成相关练习；四是看视频练听力（Watching Task），看一段视频并完成相关练习；五是口语训练（Speaking Task），每单元围绕主题给出相关的单词和短语，学生按照要求做口语练习。前四方面都侧重听力训练，突破学生听不懂的障碍，在此基础上，通过学习第五方面，学生模仿听力内容，使自己按照要求输出，从而实现每个单元由输入到输出的闭环训练，达到听得懂、说得出的学习目的。
