　　Thisbookdevelopsanappropriateprocessmodelthatallowsforsuchaprocessorientedrepresentation，whichisbuiltuponatheoryofconcurrentprocesses.Inadditiontothemodel，themechanismtechniqueisalsointroducedasaspatiotemporalextensionofthefamousprocesscalculuslanguagecalledFIcalculus，whichisespe，ciallydesignedforthemobileprocesses.Theprocessmodelanditsmechanism，calledspatiotemporalprocessmodel（STPM）andspatiotemporalextensionfor17calculus（STPicalculus）respectively，arecapabletoaddresstheblanksthathavementionedpreviously.Thismodelhasbeeninterpretedinsixdifferentphasesandillustratedbyconsideringeachphaseasacasestudy.TheoptimizationpossibilitiesofSTPMhavealsobeendiscussedtothenaturalhazardssuchasfloods，tsunamis，volcaniceruptionsetc.LogicalmodellingtechniquesfortheSTPMareintroducedbyusingUMLRTandthemodelimplantationpossibilitiesdiscussedusingOccam17withoutbindingtoaconceptualmodel.
