作者简介：
陆汉文，男，1971年生，湖北云梦人，历史学博士，社会学教授，博士生导师，华中师范大学减贫与乡村治理研究中心主任。先后于兰州大学(1993年)、武汉大学(1996年)、华中师范大学(2002年)，2003年—2005年在民大学社会学理论与方法研究中心从事博士后研究。担任(曾担任)联合国粮农组织(fao)、靠前农业发展(ifad)、靠前美慈组织(mercycor)等靠前组织咨询专家以及院扶贫办外资项目管理中心、中国靠前扶贫中心等靠前机构技术支持专家。主要从事乡村组织与减贫、中国农村扶贫开发政策研究。近几年主持“贫困农民的代际更替与脱贫机制研究”(人文社科重点研究基地重大项目，2010年)、“社会企业与贫困村互助资金运作模式创新研究”(社科项目。2011年)、“汶川地震灾区贫困村恢复重建效果和贫困人变化情况监测评估”(院扶贫办项目．2011年)、“组织化与汶川地震灾区贫困村恢复重建”(人文社科规划项目。2009年)、“企业参与扶贫开发的体制机制创新研究”(院扶贫办项目，2009年)等项目的研究工作。黄承伟，男，1965年生。广西人，理学博士，研究员。现任中国靠前扶贫中心副主任。华中师范大学兼职教授，博士生导师。1991年起从事扶贫理论及实践研究和管理工作。主要研究领域包括优选贫困与反贫困、靠前减贫与发展合作、中国扶贫开发、大型综合外资扶贫项目管理等方面的理论与实践、政策与模式。先后担任靠前外数十个咨询项目的专家组组长或主要成员。主持、参与完成靠前合作研究项目四十余项，参与社科项目多项。在、省部级刊物发表学术80余篇，出版减贫与发展领域的专著、合著、编著等40余部，多次获省部级很好成果奖项。
