目前,在写作的逻辑思维和条理方面表现较差 缺乏较强的分析、综合、判断、推理、思和辨析能力,显现出令人担忧的“思辨缺席症”。针对这一现状,我们编写了这本思辨写作教材。该教材将“问题化”(problimatization)策略、综合分析能力、批判思维能力、个人视角或观点的表达等作为写作的重点,通过写作活动,掌握英语论辩写作的思维方式、语篇组织模式或体裁知识,树立读者意识。另外,目前,大部分教材所涉及的论说文主要为“对某事发表看法或意见,以期说服对方”的一般议,该教材则以学术或研究论说文(academic or reearchbaed argumentation)的写作为主要内容,通过对不同热点及有争议问题的阅读,设计写作任务,引导进行资料写作(ourcebaed writing)。
