内容简介：
本书选取西部地区11个省级区作为样本省份，按人均gdp将每个省份的所有县划分为3个等级，并从11个省份的每个等级中抽取1个样本县。选择各样本县的当地县医院、县妇幼保健院（mch）、县中医院为样本县医院，系统选择各样本县的23所乡镇卫生院为样本乡医院。抽取各县医院门诊病人50例，乡镇卫生院病人30例，进行问卷调查，并进行了统计学分析。
