【内容简介】

《高等院校知识产权专业英语示范教材：知识产权专业英语》是一本配合知识产权专业教育的英语教材，供知识产权专业和其他相关专业大学生、研究生以及知识产权工作者学习专业知识使用。本教材的基本素材全部取之于国外知识产权专业书籍、期刊和政府及国际组织的公开文献，力求使读者在学习过程中直接领略世界知识产权最新理论和发展动态，同时促进专业英语的思维和运用能力得到提高。
《高等院校知识产权专业英语示范教材：知识产权专业英语》编写注重培养读者掌握基本理论和实际运用能力。全书共设32个单元，分别介绍了知识产权的基本理论、知识产权的相关法律和组织、知识产权学术交流英语和国家知识产权发展战略的研究。

【作者简介】

　　厉宁，男，1967年9月出生，江苏省淮安市人。1986年毕业于南京农业大学。1992年于南京农业大学获得农学硕士学位。1996年参加全国律师资格考试，取得律师资格。2002年2月在南京大学获得管理学博士学位。2004年3月在南京大学取得博士后证书。1992年6月至2004年4月在江苏省知识产权局从事知识产权管理工作。2004年4月作为广州市高级引进人才调至广州市知识产权局从事知识产权管理和研究工作。主要研究方向为知识产权管理实务及知识产权法，发表学术论文30多篇，出版专著1部，并主持承担省部级软科学研究项目6项，其中2项分获二、三等奖。2002年和2004年分获南京大学优秀博士论文和优秀博士后奖。现为广州市知识产权局局长助理，暨南大学兼职教授，广东金融学院客座教授，国家知识产权战略制定专题评审专家。
