【作者简介】

  杨颖，女，1973年2月出生，1995年本科毕业于武汉工学院电子电气工程系电子工程专业，获学士学位，2002年研究生毕业于武汉理工大学管理学院管理科学与工程专业，获硕士学位。2008年被评为高级工程师，现任中国智能交通协会秘书长。
