【作者简介】

     Lisa Carducci (Chinese name 李莎),born inCanada, has been living in China since 1991, where she ended threedecades of a teaching career before working with CCTV and withBeijing Review. She has travelled the whole country, especiallyafter her retirement in 2007 when she started writing the seriesThese Wonderful People of Xinjiang (also Ningxia, Guangxi, InnerMongolia). The writer's bibliography totals over 60 books andthousands of articles in a range of languages.
