    杨素雯，女，日本首都大学東京城市学博士，山东社会科学院人口学研究所，副研究员。主要研究方向为健康老龄化。曾获日本东京都“亚洲人才培育基金”，并进入东京都国外交流不错人才数据库。先后在《美国应用老年学》、《美国老年教育学》、《日本环境卫生与预防医学》、《日本社会医学》、《世界城市科学》、《东岳论丛》、《报》、《口报》等国内外学术期刊发表论文30余篇（其中，SCI期刊论文1篇，SSCI期刊论文1篇），部分成果曾被新华文摘、高等学校文科学术文摘、文摘、经济日报等转载。参与出版著作5部、主持国家社科基金项目1项、山东省社科基金项目1项和山东省软科学项目1项，参与省部级课题10余项，并有多项成果获得省领等。

内容摘要
随着全世界人口寿命的延长，急剧升高的慢性病和健康减损水平已成为全球主要公共卫生挑战。
提高老年人生活质量、减轻长期照护的负担，日益成为社会的关注点，由此引发了全世界对延长健康预期寿命的重视。本书基于健康老龄化的视角，按照“理论假设、实证研究、对策建议”的架构，利用日本47个都道府县的面板数据、16个地区和1个典型城市的追踪调查数据，研究日本老年人的健康预期寿命以及性别、年龄和地区间的差异，探讨健康预期寿命的影响因素，并通过构建社会经济因素、
身体健康状况及长期介护对健康预期寿命影响的结构方程模型，深入分析社会经济因素对健康预期寿命的直接和间接作用机制，进而提出延长老年人健康寿命，提高老年人生活质量的政策建议。
