【作者简介】

赵志平，辽宁成功金盟律师事务所、合伙人会议主席、高级合伙人、高级律师。
中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会、仲裁员。
辽宁省政府企业海外并购项目、法律评委。
沈阳师范大学法学院、客座教授、研究生校外导师。
英国阿伯丁大学国际商法与欧共体法硕士，爱尔兰国立都柏林大学国际商事仲裁法研究生，高等教育自学考试法律大专，辽宁大学国际经济与贸易函授大专，东北大学冶金机械设备设计与制造专业工学学士。
先后在辽宁成功金盟律师事务所、美国芝加哥鲍尔斯•基庭律师事务所、辽宁省涉外律师事务所从事外商投资、海外并购、境外融资、境外上市、国际贸易、国际工程承包、国际商务谈判、技术许可和转让、公司设立与合并、解散和清算、股权转让、企业改制重组、国际仲裁等方面的法律服务并担任多家大中型国有、外商投资和民营企业法律顾问。
还曾分别在辽宁省司法厅和东北大学从事人事管理和教学工作。
工作语言为中文和英文。
