David Pickus, 美国芝加哥大学历史学博士,德国莱比锡大学博士后出站,现为浙江大学外语学院副教授,曾任教于中国人民大学(副教授)、美国亚利桑那州立大学(首席讲师)等。对中国文化、历史和教育有着浓厚的兴趣和研究,发表多篇学术论文、多次参加国际学术会议并做演讲。著有Dying with an Enlightening Fall: Poland in the Eyes of German Intellectuals, 1764-1800等学术专著。
